shipping policy

Unless otherwise noted, shipping costs are covered by the customer.  Purchased items will ship as soon as possible (typically within 1-2 business days).  On rare occasions, we may not be able to get your product shipped for up to two weeks.  We enjoy vacations as well the next guy/gal.  During these times, a banner will be posted across the top of the website saying that we are not in the office and a date we will begin processing/shipping orders again.  We appreciate your understanding, support, and patience.

Please note items may arrive in recycled/reused boxes.  At Edgewood Outdoors we make a conscientious effort to be as eco-friendly as possible and minimize waste.

We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

return & exchange policy

We strive for customer satisfaction.  Because of the nature of the products we sell, we cannot warranty them.  However, should you feel the product have a defect/default that has caused breakage, please email us and we will be happy to discuss what happened.  If we feel that your product's breakage was fault of our own, we are very sorry and we will be happy to discuss replacement options.

If you receive a product and it's not quite what you were expecting or what you wanted, we get it.  Please do not use the product at all and limit handling or we will not be able to issue a refund if the product shows any sign of use.  Please email us to discuss your return and refund.  Shipping costs will be covered by the customer and the product must be shipped in and with the original packaging.  Please include the receipt.  Please return the product within 14 days of the date you receive the product for your full refund.

Should a product arrive damaged from shipping, please email us immediately to discuss replacement.
